We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our core delivery team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a team of experienced outbound recruiters, drive performance against KPIs and revenue goals, and directly influence company growth and client success. You bring a strong track record from the headhunting or executive search world—and you’re ready to raise the bar.

What You’ll Do


Lead & Inspire

  • Manage a team of outbound sales recruiters, ensuring consistent performance, high engagement, and professional development
  • Motivate and coach recruiters to exceed KPIs and revenue goals

Recruit & Onboard

  • Hire, train, and develop new recruiters as we scale
  • Ensure alignment with our culture, values, and performance standards


Drive Results

  • Set, track, and achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets for individuals and the team
  • Use data-driven leadership to guide decisions and optimize performance

Optimize & Improve

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to improve speed, quality, and fill rates
  • Implement best practices to streamline delivery and scale sustainably

Collaborate Across Teams


  • Partner with account managers and senior leadership to align talent delivery with client needs and business strategy


What You Bring

Proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets in a high-performance recruitment environment


  • Deep knowledge of the sales recruiting lifecycle
  • Empathetic and direct leadership style with a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills
  • A mindset of action, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Must be located in Canada
