<h3>Overview</h3>
<p>Pattison Ag seeks talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE. We are looking for a Regional Intelligence Solutions Mgr to join our energetic organization and lead/support the optimization efforts of our Precision Ag team in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute in a collaborative environment within one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain current knowledge of latest John Deere equipment/tech</li>
<li>Train service techs to perform infield optimizations/start-ups</li>
<li>Support a high level of optimization knowledge in the service department</li>
<li>Lead demos of new products/tech, infield start-up & optimizations for key customers</li>
<li>Assist in the development & delivery of customer clinic events</li>
<li>Support in the development of SVAP products</li>
<li>Participate in training/onboarding for all staff</li>
<li>Deliver/develop demo process & equipment prep training</li>
<li>Maintain customer data management</li>
<li>Build/maintain a constructive work environment within the organization</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in agriculture or a related field</li>
<li>Dealership sales, service, and/or training experience in an agricultural environment</li>
<li>Knowledge/familiarity with technology used in agriculture</li>
<li>Ability to use desktop & internet applications</li>
<li>Grade 12/equivalent</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within the designated area; work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Valid Class 5 Driver’s License</li>
</ul>
