<p>The Regional Vice-President, CVE (Catering, Venues & Events) will lead strategic growth and operational excellence across the division, driving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in the premium hospitality space who can foster strong client partnerships and build high‑performing teams.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Cross‑functional Leadership: Oversee sales and marketing functions, requiring direct experience in these areas.</li>
<li>Active Business Development: Lead RFP capture, shape content, and guide strategic initiatives.</li>
<li>Cultural Adaptability: Navigate and manage the unique nuances of multiple independent entities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10+ years of management experience in a multi‑unit, multi‑faceted facility and food service environment.</li>
<li>Proven financial management experience within a matrixed organization managing a comparable‑sized portfolio.</li>
<li>Post‑secondary education in a related field. MBA or master’s degree is an asset.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel.</li>
