POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a rental agent for our welcoming seniors’ residence.
Schedule: Full-time weekdays
Salary: To be discussed
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Drafting rental leases
Administration
Analyze client needs
Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
Provide a high level of customer service
Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
Rent out vacant apartments in the building
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
Sales experience
Knowledge of the private residence environment
Knowledge of the Hopem system
