Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily on-site activities for ground-up custom home builds
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Execute proper construction sequencing from foundation through finishes
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and the Ontario Building Code
- Prepare sites for inspections and coordinate with inspectors
- Identify potential issues early and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress updates
- Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client experience
Qualifications
- 7+ years of residential construction experience, focused on custom executive homes
- Proven experience supervising full-cycle, ground-up projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building systems, and structural assemblies
- Understanding of the Ontario Building Code and inspection processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
