<p>You are the architect of our revenue engine, sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You use data to identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and drive smarter decisions across the full customer lifecycle, uncovering the “why” behind performance.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure shared definitions, consistent reporting, and aligned revenue goals.</li>
<li>Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for executives and frontline leaders.</li>
<li>Analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across all marketing channels, providing recommendations on spend adjustments.</li>
<li>Identify funnel drop‑off points across the buyer journey, including SDR qualification, SDR‑to‑AE handoffs, demo conversions, and deal closing stages.</li>
<li>Build and maintain win/loss analysis frameworks to systematize feedback on why deals are won or lost.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales Leadership to define and enforce clear entry and exit criteria for each pipeline stage to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.</li>
<li>Optimize lead scoring and routing logic to ensure high‑intent leads reach SDRs quickly while lower‑quality leads are nurtured efficiently.</li>
<li>Own the integrity of the revenue tech stack, ensuring clean data, seamless integrations, and a single source of truth across CRM and marketing automation platforms.</li>
<li>Build and maintain revenue forecasts incorporating lead volume, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and historical performance trends.</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to set realistic quotas, targets, and capacity plans rooted in actual funnel data.</li>
<li>Architect the “intelligence layer” between raw scraped data and BDR outreach, building automated workflows that maintain list hygiene, segment businesses by niche, and leverage AI for high‑relevancy personalization.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with large datasets.</li>
<li>Expert‑level experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Excel.</li>
<li>Experience leveraging AI to personalize outreach at scale.</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly and influence stakeholders across teams and seniority levels.</li>
<li>Highly process‑oriented with a passion for building scalable systems and eliminating inefficiencies.</li>
