Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Revenue Operations Specialist to streamline and enhance the revenue lifecycle across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role is responsible for managing CRM systems, optimizing revenue workflows, improving data quality, and supporting cross-functional teams with tools, training, and insights that drive growth and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges with data-driven solutions.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Manage and enhance CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accurate data tracking and clear visibility into the sales pipeline
  • Maintain smooth integration across sales, marketing, customer service, and dispatch platforms
  • Evaluate and streamline the lead-to-cash workflow to reduce bottlenecks and boost conversion rates
  • Design and update dashboards to track key performance indicators such as lead conversion, customer retention, and revenue projections
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights to support strategic planning
  • Assist in automation efforts that minimize manual work and increase team productivity
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and training
  • Create and manage SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to ensure consistent operations
  • Enforce data quality standards and ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations
Your strengths include:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience in high-growth or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and dashboard creation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement
