The position: Sales Account Executive (B2B Closer)As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for selling the Angel Host solution to Vacation Rental Property Managers across North America (Canada and USA). You’ll be prospecting for new leads, following up on website inbound leads, attending international industry conferences and establishing strategic partnerships with the goal of adding new properties to our portfolio. This position is ideal for you if you love a consultative sales approach (longer sales cycle).

Because you’ll be among our first Business Development Representatives, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to develop and advance in your career, as our company is projected to grow exponentially in the coming months.
Specifically, we need you to:
- Close deals;
- Attend industry tradeshows;
- Cultivate deep relationships with strategic partners that could help speed up our sales process;
- Qualify prospective clients to ensure they meet Angel Host’s criteria;
- Become our subject matter expert of the added value we deliver; learn, communicate and sell the value of our services and the benefits of working with Angel Host to prospective clients;
- Produce listing performance audits and proposals to help educate prospective clients;
- Handle objections with a consultative approach;
- Record all your activity in our CRM system (hubspot);
- Meet or exceed your sales targets.
Is this job for you? Well, it is if:
- Vacation Rental Industry experience is a plus;
- You have previous experience in B2B sales as an Account Executive or Closer. Candidates without extensive sales experience but with the right personality, attitude, and ambition might be considered.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus;
- You have experience using Hubspot or are familiar with other CRM’s;
- You carry an entrepreneurial spirit and possess the hustle it takes to get in front of the right people, overcome rejection, and always follow up;
- You possess strong interpersonal skills: your presence, tone, and language should build trust;
- You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize them accordingly;
- You have strong initiative: you’re not the type of person who waits for someone to tell you what needs to be done. The words “this isn’t my responsibility” aren’t part of your vocabulary;
- You have the ability and desire to work for a growing, fast company in a startup environment;
- You are comfortable with a flexible work schedule: calls and meetings with Property Managers are sometimes scheduled after 5 pm or on weekends;
- You love to laugh and be part of an awesome team!

- Very competitive base salary based on experience plus generous and extremely liquid uncapped commissions;
