We’re currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing-a dynamic, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys engaging with seniors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to support seniors and their families in making informed decisions about retirement living.
  • Meet or exceed occupancy goals by driving sales and maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Manage and respond to telephone inquiries, converting them into personal visits.
  • Conduct in-person tours, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease agreements.
  • Track sales activity in our CRM, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and nurture referral sources through networking with local healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Grow a qualified lead database and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and promote engaging community events as part of the residence’s marketing plan.


What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated success in a consultative, relationship-based sales role.
  • Confidence in following a structured sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic approach.
  • Strong networking abilities and the drive to promote services in the local community.
  • Proficiency with computer software and CRM systems.
  • A valid provincial driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
