Main Responsibilities:
- Work alongside industry experts (Gemologists, Watchmakers, Brand Representatives, etc.)
- Interacting with clients on our Salesfloor.
- Provide knowledgeable service about merchandise and services offered.
Participate in professional development through training opportunities provided in-store, online and offsite.
Keep up to date with assigned product lines and brands.
Actively participate in luxury brand events and marketing initiatives.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
-2+ years of sales experience or transferable skills is a must
- University Degree or College Diploma is an asset.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
-Comfortable operating online data management systems and POS.
-Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
