About the Role

We’re looking for a technical builder who lives at the intersection of sales, automation, and AI.


You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales to turn repetitive tasks into smart, automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, OpenAI, and whatever else helps get the job done. From trial flows to call note summarization, lead revival, enrichment, and follow-ups — if it saves time and moves pipeline, you’ll have full permission to build it.

This role is for someone who thinks in systems, knows how to ship, and wants to own the backend of a high-performance sales engine.


What You’ll Work On


Automate call notes, follow-up messages, and handoff tasks using AI and CRM triggers
Build and iterate on n8n/Zapier workflows that support outbound, inbound, and trial flows
Enrich old leads and trigger reactivation campaigns
Set up smart Slack alerts, email drips, task creation, and rep nudges based on deal stage or intent
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive processes
Experiment with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Apollo) to enhance sales team efficiency



You Might Be a Fit If You…

You’ve built out real sales automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
You’ve worked in a startup or scrappy SaaS environment and know how to move fast without a spec
You’re comfortable with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and lead enrichment tools
You’ve used AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Relevance AI, etc.) to automate writing, notes, or outbound flows
You’re obsessed with reducing manual work and making reps feel like they have superpowers
Bonus if you’ve worked on trial flows, lifecycle automation, or AI-based follow-up systems
