• Know how to engage passive candidates and pitch compelling opportunities
• Have experience recruiting for high-performance sales roles
• Want to work with a proven process and high-quality clients
• Are looking for a remote-first, performance-driven environment
What we’re looking for:
• 2–10+ years in an executive search or headhunting agency
• Strong understanding of B2B sales roles and hiring metrics
• Track record of success hitting recruiting KPIs
• Skilled at candidate assessment, communication, and relationship building
• Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM (Salesforce), Google Docs, etc.
