Are you someone who likes working outside in a fast paced environment with the opportunity to be rewarded for your results? Look no further! We are seeking Seasonal Crew Leader to join our team in Whitby, for the summer of 2025! As a Crew lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and skilled laborers to complete home service projects. This is a full-time, hourly position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company. - PRIOR EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY - although it is a bonus
Benefits:
- $17.50 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers in completing various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards
- Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Being coachable & open to constructive feedback to improve performance
- Access to a vehicle & valid drivers license
