<h3>Overview</h3>
<p>Lead innovative, insight‑driven campaigns that shape culture and deliver measurable impact. Bring strategic earned media vision, creative thinking, and flawless execution to integrated communications programs spanning earned media, social, influencer, experiential, and digital.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>Lead the Centre of Excellence for Earned Media at MSL, serving as the go‑to leader on earned media strategy company‑wide. This role complements account work and includes: providing weekly media trend insights, maintaining strong journalist relationships across Canada, pitch‑hitting on MR campaigns, and leading training on MR across the agency.</p>
<ul>
<li>Build deep client relationships and translate business goals into powerful multi‑platform strategies.</li>
<li>Lead integrated campaigns combining earned (strong focus), social, influencer, and paid tactics.</li>
<li>Leverage data and insights to create campaigns that resonate.</li>
<li>Lead measurement and reporting to demonstrate clear ROI.</li>
<li>Provide expert counsel on trends, issues, and best practices – be a trusted advisor.</li>
<li>Inspire creativity, mentor and train junior talent, and ensure seamless execution across teams.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven agency senior‑level experience in PR with integrated campaign leadership, with a strong focus and passion for earned media.</li>
<li>Senior‑level influencer strategy and relationships.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing and pitching skills.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with creative flair and organizational excellence.</li>
<li>Collaborative leader who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.</li>
<li>Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.</li>
<li>Demonstrated senior‑level aptitude for measurement, working with data and insights, and actioning them into effective campaigns.</li>
<li>Passion for storytelling, innovation, and delivering results.</li>
<li>Previous experience working on clients in the corporate and financial‑institution space an asset.</li>
<li>Previous experience working on beauty clients a bonus.</li>
