<h3>About the role</h3>

We're seeking a <b>passionate and gritty Application Developer</b> (Associate to Senior) to join our team and help us build the next generation of AI-powered applications. If you have a knack for creating intelligent, high-integration systems and are ready to "build and run your own ship," this is your chance.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate has <b>extensive experience with intelligent architecture</b>, especially in complex, high-integration environments. You should be comfortable working with a variety of platforms and technologies, including:</p>
<p><b>Agentic Ai/Orchestration/Telephony:</b> Five9, Zapier, Agentic AI (Vapi, Retell, 11 Labs), Twilio, and N8N</p>
<p><b>Data Tools:</b> BigQuery and Tableau.</p>

<h3>What you’ll be doing</h3>
<p>Pioneer Agentic AI: Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, focusing on sophisticated telephony integrations and architecture. Your work will directly enhance our customer and agent interactions.</p>
<p>Orchestrate Integrations: Create seamless integrations between and within business units to improve operational efficiency. You'll leverage AI to orchestrate these processes, ensuring effective data flow and output across the entire organization.</p>
<p>Develop Next-Gen Applications: Build and maintain our suite of direct-to-consumer and internal applications, with a strong focus on using AI to drive new features and functionality.</p>
<p>Maintain Critical Systems: Ensure the stability and performance of our core telephony and Salesforce architecture. You'll be responsible for the health of these vital systems, providing a solid foundation for our growth.</p>
<p>Innovate and Lead: Take ownership of your projects from concept to completion. You’ll have the autonomy to "build and run your own ship," contributing meaningful projects that shape our technological future.</p>
<p>Translate business requirements for more complex technical cases and create complex tickets for the Salesforce team using your background in computer science/engineering</p>
<p>Identify, scope and build key business opportunities for revenue growth by analyzing potential technical stack deployments (improved conversion, improved productivity/quality etc.)</p>
<p>Advocate for both internal and external customers through technology design of key processes, ensuring a seamless customer/agent journey</p>
<h3>Who we are looking for</h3>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or Science</p>
<p>Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in application administration/development, integrations management or technical growth operations</p>
<p>Strong understanding of Ai orchestration including tools to accomplish it like Zapier, N8N, etc.</p>
<p>Strong understanding of telephony concepts, protocols, and technologies, including SIP, VoIP, ACD, IVR, outbound calling and call routing is a plus</p>
<p>Experience with telephony platforms such as Five9, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Twilio or Salesforce (or similar systems) is a plus</p>
<p>Proficiency in database relationships and relation to orchestration</p>
<p>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.</p>
<p>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.</p>
<p>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p>
