<p>Make an impact with our Family Office Services team as a Senior Associate. The MNP Family Office Services team is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that works with clients to help them understand the evolution of their wealth and determine the right strategies to achieve their objectives. As a Senior Associate, you'll be devising, building out, and presenting financial planning strategies and analysis for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, business owners, and professionals.</p><p>MNP is proudly Canadian. Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Preparation and presentation of financial plans and strategies for High net worth (HNW) clients with support from Analysts and Associates</li><li>Working with professionals across service lines to communicate relevant information and deliver reports as required</li><li>Supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring deliverables, templates, and processes are kept up to date</li></ul><p>Skills And Experience</p><ul><li>Holds CFP (Certified Financial Planner) credential</li><li><p>5-10+ years of experience in a financial planning-focused role that involves one or more of the below:</p></li><li><p>Using financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Conquest or equivalent) to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or other team members.</p></li><li>Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice</li><li>Knowledge of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds.</li><li><p>Accounting-related work experience</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.</p></li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to work independently</li><li>Strong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul><p><br>With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
