Senior Business Analyst (Migration and Modernization)
SCOPE
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the client migration from a legacy based system to a modernized system. This role is essential in ensuring accurate rule translation, smooth system configuration, and successful onboarding, playing a key part in supporting that migration effort.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand existing plan rules on a per-client basis
- Collaborate with the IT Lead to assess which rules/configurations are compatible with the new system and which are not
- For requirements that can be transitioned, document them clearly and comprehensively for the development team
- Assist in validating the final solution by writing test cases and participating in QA to ensure development aligns with the requirements
REQUIRED
- Strong experience in system migration projects
- Proven ability to simplify complex plan structures and translate them into actionable requirements
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Experience with process mapping and documentation best practices
