Senior Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (French & English) – Remote in Canada

Are you a bilingual customer service professional looking for a dynamic opportunity? We are hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal! This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in customer service, pensions, and data entry while working in a collaborative environment.


Duration: 3-6 months (could be extended)

Schedule: 11am-7pm – occasional need to have candidate start at 9 or 10am


Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote 

Interview Process: 30 minute interview


Team Size: You will be the 5th person on this team – looking for great personality and team fit 

Estimated Start: ASAP – Early May in time for busy season that starts in June 


Must be able to do the following while on the call with a client/customer

  • Document call information – Strong data entry 
  • Send/Respond to emails regarding that client/customer
  • Handle difficult calls – preferable 2-4 years call center background

What You’ll Do:


  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, handling both standard and complex requests.

  • Monitor and document customer interactions via calls, emails, and transactions.


  • Conduct research and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and written communication.

  • Request missing information from customers as needed to resolve issues.


  • Escalate issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.

  • Provide feedback and support to team members in a professional manner.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written).


  • Customer service experience (preferably in a call center setting).

  • Pension knowledge is a plus.


  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple systems.



Technology Knowledge:

  • Ability to navigate through Excel / Outlook / Word 
  • SharePoint
