We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Senior Director of Cyber Threat Detection & Response to lead and evolve our global threat response capabilities. This is a player-coach role: you’ll provide strategic leadership and mentorship while also jumping into trenches when needed, whether it’s leading critical incident investigations, tuning detections, or diving into vulnerabilities.
This role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and will guide the development and execution of proactive strategies to strengthen the 24x7 threat response functions, including security incident response, threat detection and monitoring, and threat intelligence. The ideal candidate brings a balance of executive presence with a deep technical foundation and a demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing teams to elevate the organization's security posture.
