<p>Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is as follows but not limited to:</p>
<li>Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the monthly financial reporting and review process</li>
<li>Analyze and present the results of key businesses to internal stakeholders including the analysis of significant variances year over year or compared to budget/forecast</li>
<li>Exercise critical financial analysis to ensure the highest level of accuracy in the Company’s financial reporting and compliance with IFRS</li>
<li>Prepare supplementary information required by the external reporting team for the quarterly external reports</li>
<li>Work with other accounting and business teams to continuously improve processes and look for efficiencies</li>
<li>Provide guidance and coaching to other team members</li>
<li>Leverage AI/Automation to optimize the operations of the Tax function</li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team</li>

<li>3+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting</li>
<li>Proven ability to successfully lead other team members</li>
<li>Solid financial and technical skills coupled with strong analytical ability with a natural curiosity to understand the reason behind transactions</li>
<li>Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to see the “big picture” in a complex business environment</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous environment</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships</li> Apply
