CCI does not sponsor work visas.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>CYSSC</strong> is seeking an experienced <strong>AI Strategy Consultant</strong> to lead the development of both <strong>short-term and long-term AI acceleration strategies</strong> for the division. This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of enterprise architecture expertise, AI strategy leadership, and strong communication capabilities to influence executive decision-making.</p><p>This consultant will shape the AI vision, define governance frameworks, evaluate use cases, design scalable AI architectures, and establish foundational practices that enable responsible, high-impact AI adoption.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>As the AI Strategy Consultant, you will develop the division's AI roadmap, ensure strong governance, design scalable architectures, and recommend cloud-based solutions to accelerate responsible AI adoption. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and ensure measurable business impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>AI Strategy & Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a comprehensive <strong>AI acceleration strategy</strong> and roadmap.</li><li>Define <strong>KPIs and ROI models</strong> to evaluate business and technical outcomes.</li><li>Establish <strong>AI governance frameworks</strong>, including compliance, data strategy, privacy, and responsible AI.</li><li>Evaluate <strong>AI use cases</strong> for value, feasibility, and prioritization.</li><li>Identify risks (bias, ethical implications, compliance limitations) and create mitigation plans.</li><li>Translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable insights for senior leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>AI Implementation</strong></p><ul><li>Design <strong>scalable AI platform architectures</strong>, data pipelines, and integration patterns.</li><li>Recommend and guide cloud-based AI platforms and <strong>MLOps</strong> model lifecycle practices.</li><li>Ensure AI solutions align with organizational objectives and technology standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Enterprise Architecture</strong></p><ul><li>Apply frameworks such as <strong>TOGAF, Zachman</strong> to align AI strategy with enterprise architecture principles.</li><li>Prepare executive-level documentation and support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Provide vendor recommendations, partnership strategies, and insights into emerging AI technologies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Mandatory Skills (Must-Have Before Applying):</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Candidates <strong>must have proven experience</strong> in:</p><p> <strong>Developing & executing AI adoption strategies</strong> (short-term & long-term)</p><p> <strong>Defining & implementing KPI and ROI frameworks</strong> for AI initiatives</p><p> <strong>Designing AI governance models</strong>: data strategy, compliance, responsible AI</p><p> <strong>Assessing business value & feasibility of AI use cases</strong></p><p> <strong>Designing scalable technical architectures</strong> for AI platforms, pipelines, integrations</p><p> <strong>Implementing cloud-based AI solutions & MLOps practices</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong> Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>You will excel in this role if you have:</p><ul><li>Strong experience with AI strategy formulation, governance models, and value assessments</li><li>Proven ability to design technical architectures for AI workloads</li><li>Hands-on understanding of cloud-native AI platforms</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies</li><li>Ability to communicate AI strategies to senior executives</li><li>Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or AI programs</li><li>Exceptional ability to evaluate industry trends & emerging AI capabilities</li></ul><p></p>
