CYSSC is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to lead the development of both short-term and long-term AI acceleration strategies for the division. This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of enterprise architecture expertise, AI strategy leadership, and strong communication capabilities to influence executive decision-making.

This consultant will shape the AI vision, define governance frameworks, evaluate use cases, design scalable AI architectures, and establish foundational practices that enable responsible, high-impact AI adoption.

Role Overview

As the AI Strategy Consultant, you will develop the division's AI roadmap, ensure strong governance, design scalable architectures, and recommend cloud-based solutions to accelerate responsible AI adoption. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and ensure measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Governance

• Develop a comprehensive AI acceleration strategy and roadmap.
• Define KPIs and ROI models to evaluate business and technical outcomes.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, including compliance, data strategy, privacy, and responsible AI.
• Evaluate AI use cases for value, feasibility, and prioritization.
• Identify risks (bias, ethical implications, compliance limitations) and create mitigation plans.
• Translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable insights for senior leadership.

AI Implementation

• Design scalable AI platform architectures, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
• Recommend and guide cloud-based AI platforms and MLOps model lifecycle practices.
• Ensure AI solutions align with organizational objectives and technology standards.

Enterprise Architecture

• Apply frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman to align AI strategy with enterprise architecture principles.
• Prepare executive-level documentation and support strategic decision-making.
• Provide vendor recommendations, partnership strategies, and insights into emerging AI technologies.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have Before Applying):

Candidates must have proven experience in:

Developing & executing AI adoption strategies (short-term & long-term)

Defining & implementing KPI and ROI frameworks for AI initiatives

Designing AI governance models: data strategy, compliance, responsible AI

Assessing business value & feasibility of AI use cases

Designing scalable technical architectures for AI platforms, pipelines, integrations

Implementing cloud-based AI solutions & MLOps practices
