<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sourcing Candidates:</strong></p><ul><li>Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, Job fair, campus Hire) to identify and attract potential candidates.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.</li></ul><p><strong>Screening and Interviewing:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Assessment and Selection:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer assessments and coordinate feedback from interviewers.</li><li>Assist in making selection decisions based on candidate evaluations.</li></ul><p><strong>Offer Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely communication with candidates.</li><li>Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Onboarding:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.</li><li>Provide necessary information and support to new employees during their transition.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create effective job descriptions.</li><li>Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.</li></ul><p><strong>Market Research:</strong></p><ul><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.</li><li>Analyze hiring data to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in an end-to-end capacity.</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience IT Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years hiring for full-time roles across applications and digital skills.</li><li>Strong talent sourcing skills through job boards, LinkedIn and social networks</li><li>Experience working with Application Tracking System</li><li>Knowledge of digital and application technologies/ IT Skill landscape</li><li>Must - Bilingual -French and English</li><li>A passion for finding, assessing and recruiting the best talent, with deep expertise in understanding local talent markets and translating this insight into appropriate and effective talent sourcing strategies and methods</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
