<li>Design operating models, management systems, and performance frameworks that connect vision to execution.</li>
<li>Deliver structured diagnostics and assurance reviews that clarify risk, alignment, and readiness.</li>
<li>Contribute to business development, proposal design, and internal capability‑building.</li>
<li>Mentor emerging consultants and strengthen the firm’s culture of excellence.</li>

<li>Credentials such as CMC, MBA, CPA, PMP, or equivalent experience are valued but not mandatory.</li>
