We’re looking for a <b>hybrid Senior Network & M365 Platform Administrator</b> in the healthcare / clinical technology infrastructure space.<br>Our client is a purpose-driven organization supporting patient-centred care across multiple provincial locations. They are investing heavily into strengthening their IT security posture, modernizing infrastructure, and advancing resiliency across their network. The Senior Network & M365 Platform Administrator will be responsible for network reliability, cloud connectivity, and secure Microsoft 365 platform administration within a multi-site environment.<br><b>Senior Network & M365 Platform Administrator responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Own network reliability across multi-site clinics and offices: routing/switching, site cutovers, Wi-Fi, WAN optimization</li><li>Lead secure internet egress, SASE operations, and evolve zero-trust posture</li><li>Engineer and administer SharePoint Online tenant baselines, provisioning standards, permissions, lifecycle, integration with Entra/Conditional Access</li><li>Harden Microsoft 365 / Entra access from a network perspective</li><li>Administer and evolve on-prem virtual environment (VMware / Hyper-V): patching, integration, monitoring, DR alignment</li><li>Contribute to DR and business continuity planning, runbooks, and testing</li><li>Partner with trusted vendors to accelerate deliverables while maintaining knowledge transfer internally</li><li>Plan and lead cross-functional technical projects with communication plans, rollback modelling, stakeholder alignment, and risk registers</li><li>Provide Tier 2 escalation support, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements</li><li>Mentor junior administrators, supporting capability development and project execution</li></ul>The successful candidate has:<ul><li>8+ years in enterprise networking within multi-site environments</li><li>Microsoft 365 / Entra administration experience including Conditional Access and identity-driven policy design</li><li>Experience leading infrastructure projects and change management initiatives</li><li>Excellent communication ability with both executive audiences and operational stakeholders</li><li>A security-minded approach to administration, design, and troubleshooting</li><li>High degree of initiative, ownership, and ability to manage priorities with follow-through</li></ul><b>Nice to have:</b> SASE experience (Zscaler or equivalent), familiarity with Sophos firewall environments, QoS design for voice/contact centre environments, DR environments (Veeam/VMware/NetApp), Canadian clinical privacy considerations, Microsoft Intune, SQL Azure security familiarity.<br><b>Compensation and benefits:</b><ul><li>The discussed salary range is <b>$75,000 – $90,000</b> depending on experience</li><li>Day one Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Hybrid work flexibility</li></ul><ul><li>Remuneration is highly competitive including wage, an annual profit-sharing bonus, and other perks</li><li>Comprehensive benefits, including a health plan, RRSP matching, and three weeks’ vacation</li></ul><b>Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
