<p><b>Job Title: </b></p><p>Senior Project Administrator</p><p><b>Location: </b></p><p>Ottawa, Ontario</p><p><b>The Client: </b></p><p>Valued Government of Canada client in the defence space.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Maintaining and distributing project details (e.g., contact details, organization charts, and specification sheets).</li><li>Assisting in the development of plans and projects.</li><li>Monitoring progress of plans and projects.</li><li>Setting up and maintaining project management tools.</li><li>Performing data entry and analysis.</li><li>Drafting briefing notes, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues.</li><li>Preparing project orientation information.</li><li>Coordinating training activities for the project team.</li><li>Developing plans and projects</li><li>Providing administrative expertise in the management of projects, including strategic planning and analysis</li><li>Performing project evaluation</li><li>Conducting research and analysis to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget</li><li>Assisting in the negotiating project details (e.g. contact details, organization charts and contractual details)</li><li>Preparing briefing notes, reports and presentations.</li><li>Providing recommendations to management in support of projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What you must bring to this role:</b></p><ul><li><b>Must have 3+ years experience. </b></li><li><b>Must have a degree or diploma </b></li><li><b>Must hold a valid Government of Canada SECRET Clearance</b></li></ul><p><b>Only those who are qualified will be contacted.</b></p>
