Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met. This role requires strong project management experience and proven leadership capabilities.</p><p>Why Join AGF Rebar?</p><p>There are many great reasons to build your career with us:</p><ul><li>Comprehensive insurance plan (health, dental and vision) from day one</li><li>Group RRSP with employer contribution (4%)</li><li>Annual bonuses and salary reviews</li><li>Telemedicine service and employee assistance program from day one</li><li>Up to $600 per year reimbursed for physical activity expenses to promote health and well-being</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>5 sick days</li><li>Competitive salary between $100K and $110K, depending on experience</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review all tender documents (drawings, specifications, instructions)</li><li>Request required bonding, insurance, and documentation</li><li>Coordinate safety documentation with the Safety Coordinator</li><li>Evaluate project risks and provide actionable solutions</li><li>Develop and maintain project management and fabrication schedules</li><li>Align internal schedules with customer construction timelines</li><li>Monitor project plans, labor hours, and budget vs. actuals</li><li>Coordinate fabrication and field installation with shop and site teams</li><li>Ensure materials comply with specifications and design requirements</li><li>Manage and follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders</li><li>Attend stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with site supervisors and foremen</li><li>Plan jobsite deliveries and confirm site readiness</li><li>Resolve jobsite issues in collaboration with customers</li><li>Submit project close-out documentation (QA, certifications, warranties)</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager</li></ul><p>What we are looking for ?</p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, construction engineering or equivalent;</li><li>A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management for construction and infrastructure projects</li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software;</li><li>Knowledge of computer-aided design (Autocad).
