We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our client’s high-performing quality engineering team. If you’re passionate about test automation, love building scalable frameworks, and have deep experience with Selenium, C#, and SQL, this is the role for you.
You will take the lead on expanding and maintaining a robust, in-house Selenium-based test automation framework. As a technical mentor and go-to expert, you’ll collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality across complex web-based applications.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement high-quality test automation scripts in C# using Selenium WebDriver
- Maintain and expand an existing automated regression suite
- Define automation strategy, standards, metrics, and technical roadmap
- Create advanced SQL queries and work with complex data schemas for data validation
- Collaborate across teams to identify risks and improve QA practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level QA engineers
- Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate automation (nice to have)
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of test automation experience
- Expert in Selenium WebDriver and C#
- Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and web-based testing
- Strong object-oriented programming and debugging skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication and mentorship abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Background in healthcare or insurance billing systems
- Familiarity with AI-assisted test development
