In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.</p><h3>a day in the life; what you'll do</h3><p>The Raw Materials Colourization Senior Developer is a subject matter expert who drives seasonal colour developments cross functionallyand sees them through to completion and required quality standard. Working on the Outerwear product category business for seasonal Colour & Print developments, you own the communication, updates and alignment across the Supply chain, the product team, and LLO.</p><ul><li>This role will be focused on Outerwear to support the commercialization of Colour & Print on a fast track calendar.</li><li>Ensuring lab dips & print strike offs meet the determined technical quality standards and to deliver them to the highest level of aesthetic and performance attributes</li><li>Enhancing the technical capability of vendors to deliver the colour & Print seasonal business needs</li><li>Ensuring colourfast quality is achieved to meet the business requirement and Design, & Merchandising business vision.</li><li>Partnering closely with RM Vendors and the Sub-contractors, through daily up dates and conference calls when required</li><li>To manage the lab dip process end to end, creating consistency with colour developments across substrates.</li><li>Achieving buy ready target approval for outerwear developments ensuring early buy success, driving forward colour commercialization to the required timelines and gates.</li><li>Managing risk and mitigating failures and technical challenges.</li><li>To develop artworks for print, checking layout, colour and colourfastness testing ensuring they meet Lululemon quality standards.</li><li>Partnering closely with cross functional divisions, leaders, and individual contributors, to manage risk and drive cross functional alignment</li><li>Partnering closely with Developers in region to deliver seasonal readiness for the outerwear category</li><li>Have the ability to explain complex colour challenges to the business in order to drive appropriate decisions</li></ul><h3>qualifications</h3><ul><li>7+ of experience in textile and colour</li><li>University degree / College Diploma required, preferably in textiles.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge and development techniques for dying and printing Outerwear textiles</li><li>Experience traveling and working with suppliers in Taiwan and other APAC markets</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of performance product materials process and visual aesthetics</li><li>Successful in commercializing products on various calendar tracks</li><li>You have the ability to act objectively and uncover facts</li><li>You understand the complexities of textile colour & print development in order to deliver product</li><li>You are a clear, concise and confident communicator that lives to support the business</li><li>You thrive in dynamic fast paced environments, and can excel in organization</li></ul><h3>must haves</h3><ul><li>Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.</li><li>Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.</li><li>Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.</li><li>Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.</li><li>Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.</li><li>Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.</li></ul><p>Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.</p><h3>compensation and benefits package</h3><p>lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from <b>119,200 - 156,500 CAD </b><b>annually </b>; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
