<p><strong>Senior Salesforce Developer</strong></p><p>Toronto, ON</p><p>Fulltime</p><p><br></p><p>One of our financial services clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Senior Salesforce Developer</strong> to lead the technical design, development, and secure implementation of complex, scalable solutions across the companies critical business functions, with a central focus on Financial Services. The successful candidate must have 7+ years of Salesforce experience and proven enterprise experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>MUST HAVE:</u></strong></p><p><strong>1) Financial Services Cloud (FSC): </strong>Proven, successful background working within the <strong>Financial Services Cloud</strong>, including a clear grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment.</p><p><strong>2) 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience: professional experience</strong> managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Demonstrated experience in <strong>hands-on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>This role requires a combination of architectural leadership and direct, hands-on development expertise to manage the entire solution lifecycle from concept to deployment.</p><p><strong>Hands-on Architecture & Code Development</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Core Development:</strong> Execute direct, hands-on development, including writing, debugging, and optimizing business logic using <strong>APEX code, SOQL, and basic Lightning Web Components</strong>.</li><li><strong>Declarative Automation Mastery:</strong> Conceive, build, and deploy advanced, robust business process automation using <strong>Salesforce Flow</strong> (including sophisticated Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched, and Screen-based Flows).</li><li><strong>Technical Blueprinting:</strong> Chair technical discovery and solutioning sessions with business partners to design resilient and efficient platform structures.</li><li><strong>Requirements Translation:</strong> Convert high-level organizational needs into comprehensive technical plans and execution roadmaps.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Data & Integration Leadership</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Data Integration Expertise:</strong> Direct involvement in the design and implementation of data management strategies, specifically using <strong>ETL utilities</strong> for data synchronization and migration.</li><li><strong>Real-Time Integration:</strong> Provide solutions and perform development for Salesforce integration with outside systems, specifically using <strong>live APIs</strong> for real-time data exchange.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Platform Expertise</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Financial Services Cloud:</strong> Build and enhance functionality specifically within the <strong>Financial Services Cloud (FSC)</strong>, along with core features of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms.</li><li><strong>Security & Compliance:</strong> Implement and manage Salesforce's advanced security features, including <strong>Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field History Tracking</strong> (features of Salesforce Shield).</li><li><strong>FSC Customization:</strong> Deeply tailor the Financial Services Cloud platform using its unique data model, configuration best practices, and specialized components.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications & Expertise</u></strong></p><p>The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation and demonstrable experience operating at a senior capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.</p><p>Required Experience</p><ul><li><strong>Platform Tenure:</strong> A minimum of seven years' professional experience managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.</li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Demonstrated experience in hands-on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.</li><li><strong>Automation Depth:</strong> The ideal candidate will have roughly three+ years of focused, practical experience developing and maintaining complex automations using Salesforce's primary declarative tool (<strong>Flows expertise</strong>).</li><li><strong>Financial Expertise:</strong> Proven, successful background working within the <strong>Financial Services Cloud</strong>, including a clear grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment.</li></ul><p></p>
