Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including <strong>daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</strong>.</li><li>Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the <strong>backlog is prioritized, refined, and ready</strong> for upcoming sprints.</li><li>Shield the Scrum team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint commitments.</li><li>Identify and remove impediments impacting the team's progress.</li><li>Track and communicate <strong>team velocity, sprint progress, and release forecasts</strong> to stakeholders.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as <strong>QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business stakeholders</strong>.</li><li>Drive process improvements to help the team deliver faster and more efficiently.</li><li>Support the team using a <strong>servant-leader mindset</strong> to increase productivity and accountability.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
