Job Description
Senior System Administrator - MUST HAVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Installing and configuring servers;
- Installing and configuring software;
- Troubleshooting server and software issues and providing resolutions;
- Documenting configuration of the system;
- Answering technical questions regarding servers and software;
- Understanding of user accounts and password management;
- Understanding of system infrastructure concepts (servers, databases, services, OS, security);
- Management of virtual environments; and
- Understanding of basic networking (subnetting).
Selected candidate must have completed a STEM degree and hold an active Secret Clearance
Required knowledge of/experience with:
- Windows Administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Windows Permissions/Grouping, GPOs, AntiVirus, Sharepoint)
- Microsoft Visual C++
- VMWareVirtualEnvironment
Desirable knowledge of/experience with:
- Active Directory (highly desirable)
- DotNetFramework
- Dell Networker
- Java
- NXPowerLite
- MS ShareGate Desktop
- MS SharePoint
- MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) - Endpoint Configuration Manager (ECM)
- MS System Center Orchestrator Manager (SCOM)
