Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Assistant Service Manager.
Job Summary:
Birchwood has an exciting opportunity for a Service Concierge at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR). The Service Concierge will work out of the new state-of-the-art facility located adjacent to the Tuxedo business park and close to Kenaston Common retail space.
The Service Concierge welcomes customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed and prepare and drive the vehicle to the service area. They also facilitate the flow of vehicles to the proper appointment time. They are the first level support to the customer and service advisors and assist the advisors as required.
Qualifications:
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged
• Previous automotive service or sales experience is an asset
• Valid Class 5F driver's license, clean drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work
