Site Superintendent – Low-Rise Residential
A well-established Ontario builder-developer is seeking a Site Superintendent to support several active and upcoming low-rise residential communities across the GTA and surrounding regions. This opportunity is well suited for a strong superintendent who is currently available due to market conditions and is looking to join a stable, reputable organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations for low-rise residential construction
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and municipal inspectors
- Maintain construction schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards
- Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and company construction standards
- Identify and resolve site issues in collaboration with construction management
- Participate in inspections, deficiency resolution, and home turnover
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent within low-rise residential construction
- Strong understanding of subdivision sequencing and multi-phase communities
- Ability to manage multiple trades and concurrent activities
- Solid knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and municipal processes
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership approach
Compensation
- Competitive salary range typically between $105,000 – $150,000, dependent on experience
- Additional compensation may include vehicle allowance or company vehicle, benefits, and long-term growth opportunity
