<p>The Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p><p>Client Details</p><p>Our client is a well known general contractor with a strong focus on delivering high-quality construction projects. They are known for fostering a collaborative work environment and prioritizing employee growth and development.</p><p>Description</p><ul><li>Lead on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.</li><li>Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices on-site.</li><li>Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.</li><li>Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders as required.</li></ul><p>MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
