Job Description
About the Job:We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business. The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.
<br>
Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team.</li><li>Scheduling.</li><li>Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.</li><li>Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.</li><li>Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.</li><li>Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.</li><li>Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.</li></ul>
<br>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be mobile.</li><li>Must be flexible.</li><li>At least 2 years experience.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.</li></ul>
