We value our Associates and provide a comprehensive benefits package.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Access to on-demand pay – get your money as soon as you earned it through Dayforce Wallet</li><li>Profit-sharing</li><li>Flexible group medical and dental</li><li>Fitness and Wellness reimbursement</li><li>Training and Development allowance</li><li>Group RRSP matching</li><li>Up to 20% rental discounts</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our customers</li><li>Assist with renovation projects installing Aquawall systems including waterproofing panels, insulation boards and drainage components</li><li>Support special projects such as water restoration and mould remediation</li><li>Advise and assist Maintenance Associates with repairs and maintenance</li><li>Maintain daily communication with the Leader and team members</li><li>Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory management</li><li>Complete required administration for the position on a tablet</li><li>Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader</li><li>Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations</li><li>Work as a team with other staff members to achieve goals</li></ul><h3>Experience and Educational Requirements</h3><ul><li>Construction / carpentry background preferred with solid experience in waterproofing</li><li>Experience with drywall, concrete forming, and minor plumbing or electrical work is an asset</li></ul><h3>Technical Requirements</h3><ul><li>Working knowledge of English (verbal and written)</li><li>Driver’s license required with ability to drive truck with trailer</li><li>Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset</li></ul><h3>Non-Technical Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service</li><li>Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities</li><li>Ability to take responsibility for actions and follow through to resolution</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities</li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change</li><li>Initiative, commitment to excellence, positive attitude and assertiveness</li><li>Ability to meet tool requirements by end of probationary period</li><li>Ability to spend up to eight hours standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting</li><li>Ability to maneuver up to 90 kg with proper equipment</li></ul><p>Boardwalk provides support in its recruitment processes to applicants with disabilities, including accommodation that takes into account accessibility needs.
