<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets</li>
<li>Enable a best‑in‑class customer experience</li>
<li>Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow and function well as a team</li>
<li>Be the face to the community in the area your store operates</li>
<li>Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top‑of‑mind awareness for Mobile Klinik</li>
<li>Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best‑in‑class repair, care, sales, and services</li>
<li>Develop expert‑level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes, policies, and procedures</li>
<li>Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre‑owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectively</li>

<p><b>Base Salary</b>: $42,000 - $53,000</p>
<p><b>Bonus Pay:</b> Monthly bonuses based on scorecard</p>
<p>Please note that the compensation shown in the job posting is effective April 2025 and may be subject to change. Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.</p>
