Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement sustainability goals across products and segments (controllers, sensors, software, services, etc.)
- Lead annual sustainability planning with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive initiatives in EcoDesign, sustainable packaging, circularity, and low-carbon materials
- Manage environmental data quality and lifecycle assessments (LCA) in line with ISO standards
- Collaborate on Scope 3 emissions reduction modeling and compliance (REACH, RoHS)
- Prepare and present progress reports on sustainability KPIs at all business levels
- Build partnerships internally and externally to advance sustainability data and innovation
- Upskill internal teams through workshops and act as the main point of contact for sustainability initiatives
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in sustainability leadership or a related technical field
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience in LCA, product sustainability, and environmental compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Effective communicator with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with building technologies or smart/sustainable buildings is a strong asset
- Passionate about sustainability and driving measurable impact
