<p><b>Location: Brampton, ON - Hybrid </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Primary Technology:</b> Swift Stack Object Storage</p><ul><li>Architecture, Implementation, building swift ring, enabling and <b>configuring of swift and troubleshooting</b>.</li><li>Configuring cluster, adding nodes, deploying changes to the swift cluster, configuring 1space, cluster tuning technique.</li><li>Candidate should be good <b>at Swift automation, encryption and data protection methods</b>.</li><li>He Should know how to fetch <b>S3 specific information</b>, 1space mapping & Swift stack metadata concept & swift stack file access. Large object/dynamic large object concepts.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Skill Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Good Knowledge on Object based storage concepts</li><li>Good knowledge on Installing Swift storage</li><li>Hands on experience on Swiftstack storage deployment and Administration</li><li>Hands on experience on SwiftStack storage Cluster configuration</li><li>Planning and Managing Capacity</li><li>Swift Stack Cluster Monitoring</li><li>SwiftStack Cluster Hardware Requirements</li><li>Operations Cookbook</li><li>SwiftStack Security Overview</li><li>Basic Cluster Settings & Upgrades</li><li>Cluster Storage Policies, Datacenter Regions & Zones</li><li>Networking, Load Balancing</li><li>Node Configuration and Management</li><li>Storage Device Configuration and Management</li><li>Object API Features and Middleware</li><li>Cluster Tuning</li><li>Storage Users</li><li>Automated Provisioning</li><li>Encryption Configuration</li><li>SwiftStack Data Protection</li><li>Operating SwiftStack File Access</li><li>Troubleshooting Storage issues</li><li>Troubleshooting nodes issues</li><li>Troubleshooting Disk failures issues and replacing failed disks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Successfully interact through phone and email with respective Team as you solve their problems.</li><li>Handling Incidents , Creating and managing Service request , Managing Change record using service Now, Joining Customer Tab calls.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.</li><li>Perform data migration tasks to transition the customer from the previous swift stack infrastructure to the new infrastructure.</li><li>Maintain case ownership and keep customers informed of progress on their issues by contacting them periodically with updates.</li><li>Consistently meet/exceed customer account needs; identify opportunities to enhance delivery of company service and support goals.</li><li>Suggest solutions to the customer proactively to continuously expand and improve customer experience.</li><li>Creation and updating SOPs.</li><li>Work independently with a focused direction while adding value and contributing to overall team performance.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
