<p>The Opportunity:</p><p>ML6 is proud to support one of our favourite clients, as they seek to round out their Human Resources team with a strong Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist, to act as a face of the company for all inbound candidates and team members</p><p>What You'll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Lead recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from operational to professional and leadership positions.</li><li>Partner with managers to plan hiring strategies, screen candidates, conduct HR-fit interviews, and extend offers.</li><li>Design and coordinate onboarding experiences — from welcome materials and schedules to first-day logistics.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of candidates and new hires in HR systems.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.</li><li>Coach managers on structured interviews and help improve hiring processes and candidate engagement.</li></ul><p>What You'll Need to Be Successful:</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in technical services, construction, or related industries.</li><li>Ability to recruit for a wide variety of roles, including entry-level, technical, and leadership positions.</li><li>Confident, clear communicator who represents company culture professionally.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through on tasks.</li><li>Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences and improving hiring processes.</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
