We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for our Technical Support department. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, both by phone and/or email.
You will play a key role in providing a listening ear to resolve various issues encountered. You will be responsible for finding solutions to the problems raised while ensuring customer satisfaction.Tasks and Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails from customers professionally and efficiently.Identify and resolve customer issues proactively and creatively.Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.Record customer and interaction information in our system.Program activation terminals.Oversee the maintenance of this equipment.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
