Tenders Analyst

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

Minogue Medical is currently recruiting for a Tenders Analyst who will report directly to the Senior Tender Analyst. Working in collaboration with the sales team, the incumbent will be responsible for writing, preparing, and managing tenders and quotes. The role is a fully in-person role with the office located in Ville St-Laurent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the Minogue Medical Sales Team to prepare, write, and submit tenders.
  • Review and analyze automated tender emails and relevant websites to identify bidding opportunities.
  • Evaluate tender documents, manage the bid process, and ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain and organize tender files, ensuring all information and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of existing agreements.
  • Develop and update templates for various quotes to streamline the tendering process.
  • Work closely with and provide support to managers across departments.
  • Carry out any other mandate given by the supervisor.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A post-secondary degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tenders, quotes, or contract management (tender experience is an asset, quoting/contract management experience is required).
  • Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations or experience managing contracts and tenders (an asset).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems (an asset).
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity or experience with HubSpot (nice to have) or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to collaborate across various departments and levels within the organization.
