<p><h3>Territory Sales Manager, Livestock - Manitoba/Saskatchewan</h3>
<p>Join CEVA SANTE ANIMALE in the role of Territory Sales Manager, Livestock covering Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collect and share any relevant information about competitors with the Sales and Management team.</li>
<li>Share information collected during customer visits with the Sales team.</li>
<li>Recommend changes in products, services, and policies after evaluating results and competitor developments.</li>
<li>Challenge customer beliefs to drive behavioural changes and help them grow their business.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with the swine industry’s veterinary services, live production, and executives, through the management, oversight, and administration of all sales and service aspects related to Ceva’s Canada livestock business.</li>
<li>Co‑develop, along with the Sales and BU Managers, annual sales forecasts for the key brands/products with the customer key decision‑makers for production and budget purposes.</li>
<li>Manage and prioritize activities to meet territory objectives in accordance with the territory segmentation.</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and meetings with critical account staff, create sales presentations, close on business, and take customer orders as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare for sales in advance according to the defined sales process.</li>
<li>Differentiates Ceva offers to contribute to Ceva’s market leadership and penetration, creating mutual growth based on customer needs.</li>
<li>Interact with and build long‑term strategic relationships with veterinarians and key decision‑makers within veterinary practices, promoting the mutual benefit of doing so.</li>
<li>Investigate customer problems to develop potential value‑added business opportunities.</li>
<li>Execute Ceva solutions with appropriate resources, listen to customer feedback and drive customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Quantify the impact of customer problems and share it with them, positioning Ceva solutions to mitigate that impact.</li>
<li>Ensure close collaboration among Ceva teams supporting territory key accounts, including Veterinary Services, Customer Supply Services, and Autogenous services.</li>
<li>Negotiate with local buyers in accordance with the Commercial Policy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager when negotiating with larger buying groups.</li>
<li>Complete any required administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Keep the customer database updated.</li>
<li>Complete accurate call reports in the CRM.</li>
<li>Report on the general market environment with competitors and customers, highlighting any significant changes.</li>
<li>Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing targeted results via the development of strategic products.</li>
<li>Influence veterinarians and other key decision‑makers in recommending and selling Ceva products to clients.</li>
<li>Change behaviors at veterinary practice level via education and by creating an impact (e.g., holding technical product and medical conversations and/or presentations at veterinary practices).</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to the management team.</li>
<li>Complete other duties as required.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li>
<li>3‑5 years proven track record in outside sales strongly preferred; at minimum, proven success in fast‑paced business‑to‑business sales.</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record and be willing and able to spend several hours per day in a vehicle; overnight travel required.</li>
<li>Bilingual English/French is a plus.</li>
