The Territory Manager will develop and maintain customer relationships in the Montreal North Shore region. The role requires managing a diverse client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technical solutions that align with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the territory and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Present and promote our client’s full range of engineered products and safety solutions to engineering firms, construction companies, and industrial clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring the best solutions are delivered for various applications.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project progress, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer support.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience in industrial or engineering product sales.
- Strong motivation to develop new accounts while effectively managing and growing existing accounts.
- Demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of engineering and construction personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions on driving privileges.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is considered an asset.
