<p>Job Overview<br><br>We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tractor Driver to join our snow removal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating across various routes. This role requires a strong understanding of snow removal services , heavy equipment operation, and the ability to perform basic automotive repairs as needed. The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to safety while delivering exceptional service.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Operate tractor to provide snow removal to designated locations in a timely manner.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.</li><li>Attention to detail to provide high quality of service.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.</li><li>Operate at all hours of the day/night</li></ul><p>*</p><ul><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Previous farm tractor or heavy equipment experience (not mandatory but preference giving first)</li><li>Able to work long hours</li><li>Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Basic knowledge of automotive repair techniques is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal</p><p>Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
