RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct, organize, and control all activities of the commercial projects division.
- Collaborate with management to establish objectives, formulate, and approve policies and programs.
- Allocate human, material, and financial resources to implement company policies and programs.
- Establish administrative and financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and manage human resources.
- Select middle managers, directors, and other management personnel.
- Represent the company or delegate representatives in negotiations or official functions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically HVAC.
- Mastery of construction codes (Quebec / Canada) and relevant field codes.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to read plans and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Effective priority management.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Organized and meticulous work approach.
