<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader – 3rd Shift. Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders are responsible for driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled products, loading clean uniforms, floor mats and additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes for each truck, and maintaining the cleanliness of their work area. The standard for quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded must be met or exceeded.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive company trucks to unloading areas and load/unload products as directed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.</li><li>Meet or exceed standard for quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Valid driver's license in good standing.</li><li>Adhere to attendance policy.</li><li>Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.</li><li>Capable of working in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment under time pressure.</li><li>Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.</li><li>Handling soiled or odorous materials with appropriate protective equipment.</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>Standing for most of the shift.</li><li>Stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.</li><li>Lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.</li></ul><h3>Attributes of an Ideal Employee</h3><ul><li>Attention to detail; thorough and careful with work tasks.</li><li>Strong work ethic; hard‑working, dependable, and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.</li><li>Integrity and honesty; trustworthy and ethical behavior.</li><li>Interpersonal skills; pleasant and respectful to others.</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration; supports team decisions.</li><li>Safety orientation; committed to safety rules and guidelines.</li><li>Stress tolerance/resilience; deals calmly with high‑pressure situations.</li><li>Customer focus; identifies and meets internal and external customer needs.</li><li>Adaptability/flexibility; open to change and switches between tasks quickly.</li></ul><h3>Evaluation Process</h3><p>The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. Candidates will be compensated for their time during the job tryout.
