We celebrate success and show recognition for a job well done. </p><p>We believe a more diverse and inclusive environment brings strength to our organization, helps our customers to succeed and creates a significant competitive edge.  </p><p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of Gerrie product. <strong>This position’s hours of work consist of 2:30 pm to 11 pm. </strong>This position is based in the Gerrie Distribution Centre in Burlington.</p><p><strong>OPERATIONS/ WAREHOUSE ACTIVITIES</strong></p><p>Provide accurate verification of pieces being shipped and received.</p><p>Organize inventory in a neat and orderly fashion.</p><p>Use JDE Business system to log received parts.</p><p>Execute monthly inventory count with high degree of accuracy.</p><p>Maintain an organized work environment free of obstructions.</p><p>Work with accuracy in a safe and effective manner</p><p>Must be flexible to shift changes, as per business demands.</p><p><strong>TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION</strong></p><p>Create and maintain a team atmosphere and ensure employee concerns are resolved promptly.</p><p><strong>COMMUNICATION</strong></p><p>Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.</p><p><strong>QUALITY</strong></p><p>Understand and adhere to ISO policies and procedures.</p><p><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></p><p>High School Diploma</p><p>Interested in pursuing a career in the Electrical industry.</p><p>Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.</p><p>Must be computer literate</p><p>Forklift license required.</p><p>Don’t have all of these qualifications?
