We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order picking, and heavy equipment operation. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Duties:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers.
- Perform order picking tasks using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Use RF Scanners as required.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for various tasks throughout the day.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills:
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related fields.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Familiarity with using RF scanners.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Shift Timings:
- Afternoon, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
