<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<p>As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll own the success of our Ontario fulfillment center and help us scale to the next level.</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Lead Operations:</b> Oversee all aspects of the site—from inbound receiving and inventory control to outbound shipping.</li>
<li><b>Process & Quality Control:</b> Maintain a clean, efficient, and accurate warehouse that meets 247 Fulfillment’s high standards.</li>
<li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Build, lead, and motivate a team of All‑Stars. Delegate with confidence and develop others into leaders.</li>
<li><b>Hands‑On Leadership:</b> Expect to be on your feet. This is an active, fast‑moving role (about 20% desk work).</li>
<li><b>Autonomy & Impact:</b> Report to the Operations Manager with the authority to make decisions and the support to execute them.</li>
<li>Lead the pickers, packers and supervisors.</li>
<li>Shift scheduling & temp‑staffing when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure inventory is accurate in all locations at all times.</li>
<li>Maintain an impeccably clean, organized facility.</li>
<li>Oversee material stock levels to ensure facility has sufficient packaging, void fill and accessories.</li>
<li>Work with Ops manager + supervisors to rework layout as needed to maximize space and improve operations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>

<li>Proven success in <b>inventory and warehouse management</b> (3+ years preferred).</li>
<li>Strong leadership that earns respect and inspires performance.</li>
<li>A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly.</li>
<li>Proficiency in warehouse management software (experience with <b>ShipHero</b> is a huge plus).</li>
<li>The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with both your team and clients.</li>
